Description & Features
CV5600 self-operated regulator is a pilot operated miniature pressure reducing valve. Regulators reduce middle upstream-pressure to extreme-low downstream pressure and stabilize constant outlet pressure. Suitable to gaseous micro pressure control and tank miniature pressure nitrogen blanketing. Pressure proportional control range: from 0.15KPa to 12KPa, the operating temperature down to -48°C and up to 120°C.
Pressure registration: at the top of tank for tank blanketing service.
Excellent micro-pressure control performance: micro pressure control is precise and stable by regulator many specific designed.
Amplifying thrust force: the lever style regulator amplifying the low thrust force which diaphragm offering high to 6 times.
Nozzle pilot-valve: no friction and high sensitivity pilot-valve regulating performance by nozzle plate structure.
Backpressure control: very stable motion and precise control as regulator has double diaphragm casing of inlet, the back diaphragm casing stabilize constant process gas flow control and releasing by pilot-valve nozzle.
Internal pressure reducing valve: regulator has desired air supply which collected and reduced from inlet by pilot-valve’s internal pressure reducing valve.
Filter: filter installed to the inlet tube of pilot-valve though air supply is clean.
Low start-up pressure: regulator required inlet pressure only 15 KPa is enough for start-up and operation by lever style main valve.
Pressure-difference withstanding: main valve plug is pressure balanced.
Soft sealing: tight shut-off.
No packing: no friction for expected high sensitivity especially under micro pressure regulating, and eliminating potential leak points.
High-precision control: regulators offer high-precision control performance by high sensitivity pilot-valve.
Low overshoot: overshoot easily occurs because of this regulator is one stage throttling-type, and with large pressure-drop ratio, however overshoot is required as less as possible. Nozzle pilot-valve plug keep low overshoot minimizing over pressure value by quickly opening the double diaphragm casing to make main valve closing.
Overload safety: Regulating device of regulator are designed to be light and precise as far as possible for best performance, then it would be damaged by the thrust of actuator when regulator was overload, so that’s the reason for overload protection device which discharges this overload pressure. Therefore regulator is protected even while overload force is high up to maximum operating inlet pressure.
Easy pressure regulating: regulating pressure is easy, quick and convenient by screw style.
Stainless steel actuator: ensure high pressure strength and long service life.
Easy installation: the 360 degree rotation of the actuator is easy to install especially in tight spaces.
