Description & Features
CV7100 Sliding gate control valve is a high performance orifice control valve. Installed in the widest range of gas, chemical and steam applications, as great market demands and specially required control valve with rapid start-open, high rangeability, fluid with crystallizer and scale, large particles and high temperature, .etc.
Trim structure is consist of special designed double discs with a number of identical throttling slits, acts as sealing plates, as sliding disc lifted up or down, the throttling area where fixed disc and sliding disc is changing to control fluid rate or form a seal.
Precise control: steady control while fast stroking speed, quick reach the required flow rate and pressure point.
High Rangeability: steady control under full travel, 30:1 rangeability.
Reduced energy and low operation noise level: much smaller volume and supply actuators are needed than globe control valve.
Light weight, compact structure and tight seal: as valve stem linear acting, fixed disc and sliding disc is touching with effectively self-grinding to make disc sealing surface to be smooth more.
