CV1800 multi stages control valves using throttling multi-cages trims, to have pressure reducing stage by stage and fluid velocity control, then eliminate cavitation, flash, vibration and noise. For a given valve size the extension varies according to number of stages while using the same bonnet and body.
Multi stages control valves is mainly applied for high temperature and high pressure severe service and special designed according to customer requirement, to overcome high pressure drops, high velocity, and have tight shut-off.
Stable motion: plug and seat retainer is double top bottom guided design and plug is closely guiding in the seat ring, valve is full guided operated.

1. Noise reduction seat retainer
Noise reduction trim eliminates control valve noise by staging effectively with gaseous pressure reduction, and by controlling turbulence carried into the downstream piping. Design mainly service for compressible fluid as steam, air, natural gas, .etc. Adaptable for gaseous throttling, diffusion and expansion, noise attenuation is basically constructed from heavy-duty drilled-hole cylinders, the pressure drop in cage is distributed when the sudden expansions and contractions that take place as the flow passes through the cage, so pressure reduction occurs not only at the throttling point between the plug and seat, but also at each stage. Gradual pressure reduction is designed avoiding high velocities, reducing noise achieved by designing sufficient stages to keep the velocity low.
Noise reduction trim is an economy solution, design consists of a series of retainers which can reduce noise levels by up to 20 dBA.
2. Cavitation elimination seat retainer
Cavitation control or elimination trim is used in liquid medium, effectively minimizes cavitation damage to trim by controlling where the cavitation vapor bubbles implosion keeping them away from metal parts.
Principle is using special seat retainer, its walls have many diametrically opposed holes and flow direction to close. As the plug lifts off the seat, fluid flow into pairs of holes and center of the trim, where opposing streams collide allowing the cavitation vapor bubbles to collapse harmlessly against themselves, to eliminate the damaging effects of cavitation.
3. Cavitation elimination & noise reduction plug head
Cage type plug structure, gradual pressure reduction by multi-stages throttling cages to control velocity for eliminating cavitation, flashing, vibration and noise, effectively protect sealing face of plug and seat to extend valve service life longer much. Pressure seal type bonnet design, compensates seal as temperature and pressure changing.
