Description & Features
CV4200CL ceramic V-notch ball valve acts as control valve specially used in heavy duty severe service as corrosion fluid has solid particles, able to solve the problem under flow contaminated corrosive fluid with abrasive particles. Widely applied to control such as acid, alkali, gas, liquid, steam, coal, glass, sand, ash, dust, tailings and slurry for applications of thermal power, metallurgy, waste incineration, silicon, salt chemical industry, paper, abrasive and other industries in the harsh environmental conditions.
Full lining or half lining available.
V-port ball provides equal percentage control for throttling abrasive, corrosive media.
Excellent performance of wear proof, anti-corrosive, erosion resistance and thermal insulation by fluid do not come in contact with metal parts, only contact with solid ceramics.
Robust design, harden ceramic and perfect fit of metal parts with ceramic parts, reliable, long life.
Excellent shut-off sealing, bidirectional sealing and light operate torque.
Reduced capacity available.
Low flow resistance.
Anti-blowout stem.
