Description & Features


 
Satisfy ASME B16.34, API6D, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.25, BS 5351, BS 6364, MESC77/220 standards.

 

Ultra low temperature range:-50--196C, cap extended dimension satisfy MESC 77/220 or BS6364.

 

Seat has function of cavity self-discharge to prevent medium abnormal warming damage valve.

 

Stem seal is on the top stem cap, reduce effect to packing caused by temperature variation.

 

Draining board is designed, to prevent steam flow through cap to be freeze and damaged valve.

 

The seals of seat, stem & body bonnet are used PCTFE spring lip which are low temperature resistance, ensure the valve seal stability in low temperature.

 

DDB Structure, which can achieve single seal of two valves & pressure bleeding in cavity.

 

Fire prevention designed per API 607, anti-static designed per BS5351.

 

Soft seat uses PCTFE material which is good stability, using forcefit progress to ensure the seal function in ultra-low temperature. And also convenient for replacing damaged soft seat.
